标题: 潼南民生村镇银行在柏梓开业

前几日，在潼南区柏梓镇建设路的潼南民生村镇银行柏梓支行隆重开业了，银行大厅里挤满了前来办理业务的群众。

“我今天主要是来提交办理贷款资料。”柏梓镇包盖村的生猪养殖大户谭明告诉小编，因为养殖生猪存在资金缺口，需要到银行办理贷款，他了解到潼南民生村镇银行在扶持“三农”方面有很多的优惠政策，其中推出的一款关于生猪养殖专项贷款业务“金猪贷”，最长能贷款三年，贷款额度高达20万元，贷款方式也比较灵活，月利息低至0.5%，所以想办理此业务。“如果进城办理，出入不方便，来回跑又麻烦。现在好了，银行开到家门口，办理起来很方便，三天后就能拿到钱。”谭明说。

据知情人士说道，潼南民生村镇银行于2010年9月入驻潼南，总行营业部位于桂林街道办事处兴潼大道，分设有凉风垭支行、外滩支行和柏梓支行，其中柏梓支行是第一家入驻镇乡的营业网点。

“我行始终秉承“立足地方、服务三农、支持中小”的服务理念，自主经营，独立决策，重点支持全区域“三农”、中小企业和个体工商户等实体经济的发展。”潼南民生村镇银行柏梓支行负责人张抗表示。近年来，根据全区老百姓在我行存贷业务办理情况数据来看，柏梓镇办理数量和存贷额度比例较高，所以我行优先考虑在柏梓镇分设营业网点，进行试点经营，下一步该行将根据全区业务办理情况，还将在其它镇乡新增营业网点，更好的服务“三农”，推动全区地方经济社会发展。

据了解，开业当天，该行还挂牌成立了农村青年创业金融服务站，专门为我区农村青年创业、推动农村青年致富解决融资难题。
